Gramm Klein is a personal injury attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys and a decorated trial lawyer who has secured over $4.5 million in a single commercial truck wreck settlement (2022) and $2.6 million in a wrongful death case (2025), among millions more recovered across Texas courts. Named a Texas Super Lawyer in 2026, he is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.
In law school, Gramm distinguished himself as one of the nation’s top advocates – a Champion of the South Regional National Trial Competition, a Quarter-Finalist at the National Trial Competition Finals, and a Top Gun Advocate at Baylor Law School’s Top Gun National Mock Trial Competition, an honor reserved for the nation’s top 16 law school advocates. He earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, where he also received the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Communication from Texas A&M University. He focuses on complex personal injury litigation – commercial trucking collisions, catastrophic motor vehicle crashes, and premises liability claims – and has served as first-chair trial counsel in state courts and lead counsel in federal courts across Texas. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association Board of Advocates, the Trial Academy College of Texas, the Academy of Trucking Accident Attorneys, and serves as Mock Trial Coach at South Texas College of Law.
At Sweet James Accident Attorneys, Gramm brings that elite trial pedigree to bear for the seriously injured. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys hunting, BBQ cookoffs, and spending time in the Texas Hill Country.
