In your essay, analyze the social, psychological, and legal factors that contribute to unsafe driving behaviors. Using academic research, traffic safety studies, behavioral science insights, and public policy analysis, explain why these behaviors occur and how targeted prevention strategies could reduce roadway injuries and fatalities.[1]

We represent people hurt in car, truck, and motorcycle crashes across California, Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Nevada, and New Mexico. Most of those cases trace back to a driver who was distracted, impaired, or going too fast. We see the aftermath every week.[3]
A scholarship won’t fix that on its own. But students in public health, psychology, policy, engineering, and law are the people who will design the next round of prevention. We’d rather fund that thinking early than meet its absence in a courtroom later.
It’s a one-time $2,500 award. We pay it directly to your college, university, or trade school.
