Bryan Nguyen

Bryan Nguyen is a personal injury litigation attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys whose path to law ran through medicine, public health, and community service—experiences that shape every case he handles for accident victims in California. He is admitted to practice in California and is bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

Bryan earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he developed a pre-med background that informs his understanding of injury, treatment, and the real human impact of accidents. Before law school, he worked as a Program Director for a nonprofit health group specializing in primary care and behavioral health services. Bryan is also a Sweet James alumnus, having joined the firm as a legal assistant before attending law school and returning as a litigation attorney—a full-circle commitment to the firm and its clients.

At Sweet James Accident Attorneys, Bryan’s ability to understand the medical dimensions of a case, connect with clients across language and cultural barriers, and draw on his own journey through the firm gives him an unusually empathetic and well-rounded approach to personal injury advocacy. Outside the office, he enjoys lap swimming, water polo, tennis, video games, and tabletop gaming.
