Bryan Nguyen is a personal injury litigation attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys whose path to the law ran through medicine, public health, and community service – giving him an unusually empathetic, well-rounded approach to advocacy. He is admitted to practice in California.
Bryan earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University and his undergraduate degree from UCI, where he developed a pre-med background that informs his understanding of injury, treatment, and the real human impact of accidents. Before law school, he worked as a Program Director for a nonprofit health group specializing in primary care and behavioral health services. He is a Sweet James alumnus – joining the firm as a legal assistant before attending law school and returning as a litigation attorney – and is bilingual in Vietnamese.

Outside the office, he enjoys lap swimming, water polo, tennis, video games, and tabletop gaming.
