Gregory Stuck

Gregory Stuck is an attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys whose practice focuses on personal injury law. His work involves representing individuals in matters arising from serious injury, including cases involving catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

Gregory earned his undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco, where he was actively involved in trial advocacy education. During his time there, he contributed to the development of personal injury–focused coursework and participated in efforts to expand trial skills programming for law students.

While in law school, Gregory clerked for multiple plaintiff-side law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, gaining experience with complex personal injury matters. Following his admission to practice, he worked at a large Los Angeles personal injury firm, where he handled a substantial volume of cases and was involved in evaluating and improving pre-litigation processes.

Gregory is an active member of several legal and professional organizations, including the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA), and Capital City Trial Lawyers Association (CCTLA). He also volunteers his time in support of legal education and community-focused initiatives in the Los Angeles area.
