Sweet James Clippers Suite Sweepstakes
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sweet James LLP (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Sponsor
Sweet James LLP, 4220 Von Karman Ave., Suite 200, Newport Beach, CA 92660, is the sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins October 14, 2025 and ends October 19, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Enter on Instagram:
1. Follow the official Sweet James account on Instagram.
2. Tag one (1) friend in the comments.
3. Comment with your favorite Los Angeles Clippers player.
Limit one (1) entry per person per platform. Entries must comply with platform terms of service. Automated entries are prohibited.
5. Prizes
A total of one (6) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to attend the Los Angeles Clippers vs. Portland Trail Blazers game on October 26, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. PT at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, CA, in the Sweet James private suite. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Unknown at time of publication.

Travel, parking, meals, and any other expenses are not included. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about Monday, October 20, 2025. Winners will be notified via direct message on the respective platform within 48 hours. Winners must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the LA Clippers, Intuit Dome, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, or use of any prize.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or the LA Clippers. Participants are providing information to Sponsor, not to the social media platforms.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
9. Governing Law
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Privacy
Information submitted with entries is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://sweetjames.com/privacy-policy/.
11. Force Majeure
In the event that the Los Angeles Clippers vs. Portland Trail Blazers game on October 26, 2025, at Intuit Dome is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, labor dispute, strike, lockout, civil disturbance, war, terrorism, government order, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of comparable or greater value, or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion without further obligation. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation or postponement of the event.
