Her career reflects a rare, full-spectrum legal journey—beginning as a receptionist and progressing through roles as a legal assistant, office manager, hearing representative, and ultimately attorney. This comprehensive background gives Yasmine a deep operational and strategic understanding of injury litigation from the ground up. 

For more than 12 years, Yasmine focused her career on applicant-side workers’ compensation law, where she built substantial courtroom and hearing experience. She has successfully handled complex cases involving disputed liability, causation, and employer defenses, including securing a notable victory defeating an “initial aggressor” defense—preserving her client’s right to benefits and compensation. Her experience includes trial preparation, settlement negotiations, medical-legal disputes, and aggressive advocacy before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. 

While working full time as a hearing representative, Yasmine attended law school, demonstrating the dedication and discipline that continue to define her legal practice today.
