Vanessa Franco

Vanessa is a practicing attorney whose core focus is advocating for her clients, while keeping a line of communication available for her clients. She finds it an important part of her litigation skills that her clients feel comfortable and confident while under her representation. Vanessa began her personal injury career from 2020 – 2023. She then switched to Criminal Defense, which allowed her to engage firsthand with the courtroom and advocating for her client’s rights. During this transition, she realized her true passion is to advocate for her clients and to obtain the positive and best outcome available for her clients. 

Vanessa’s experience in personal injury includes motor vehicle collisions and premises liability matters. She has engaged in the beginning processes of litigation, motion practice and mediations.

Vanessa is a first-generation member of her family and takes pride in representing clients from all backgrounds. Vanessa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside. She then graduated Cum Laude and obtained her Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
