Michael Houshmand

Michael Houshmand is an attorney with over a decade of experience representing businesses and individuals in litigation arising out of commercial contracts, landlord-tenant disputes, copyright matters, real estate disputes and insurance coverage. Mr. Houshmand has represented numerous insurers in complex, multi-party coverage litigation. 

Mr. Houshmand is admitted to practice before all California state courts, as well as before the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California. 

Mr. Houshmand obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Irvine and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school Mr. Houshmand volunteered at the Income Tax Assistance Program and the Education Advocacy Project at the Disability Rights Legal Center. Mr. Houshmand is a member of the Iranian American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
