Supervising Attorney

Gramm Klein

Gramm Klein is a trial attorney dedicated to fighting for individuals and families who have been seriously injured due to negligence. A Beaumont, Texas native, Gramm brings a results-driven approach to every case he handles, combining courtroom experience with strategic case development to maximize outcomes for his clients.

Gramm earned his bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Communication from Texas A&M University before obtaining his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. While in law school, he distinguished himself as one of the nation’s top advocates. He was a Champion of the South Regional National Trial Competition, a Quarter-Finalist at the National Trial Competition Finals, and was selected as a Top Gun Advocate at Baylor Law School’s prestigious Top Gun National Mock Trial Competition—an honor reserved for the top 16 law school advocates in the country. He also received the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award.

Since entering practice, Gramm has focused on complex personal injury litigation, including commercial trucking collisions, catastrophic motor vehicle crashes, premises liability claims, and other high-stakes injury matters. He has managed a high-volume litigation and pre-litigation docket and has served as first-chair trial counsel in state courts, as well as lead counsel in federal courts across the State of Texas. He has also represented his firm in appellate matters, including drafting briefs and presenting oral argument.

Earlier in his career, Gramm handled commercial trucking and multi-defendant injury cases across Texas and New Mexico and gained experience representing Fortune 500 energy producers in oil and gas title matters. That background sharpened his ability to analyze complex records, manage high-stakes disputes, and build cases strategically from day one.

Gramm is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas. He is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and previously served on the TTLA Advocates Board. He is also a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and Trial Academy College of Texas.

At Sweet James, Gramm is committed to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives—holding wrongdoers accountable and pursuing the full compensation they deserve.
