Brian Del Vecchio
Brian Del Vecchio is an attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys, based in the firm’s Arizona office. Before joining the firm, Brian served as an Administrative Law Judge with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings and the Arizona Department of Economic Security, where he presided over contested hearings, ruled on evidentiary issues, examined witnesses, and issued detailed written decisions grounded in statutory and procedural law.
In addition to his judicial experience, Brian brings hands-on personal injury litigation experience. He supported cases involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and wrongful death claims, preparing demand packages, analyzing liability, reviewing medical records, and assisting with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Brian also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he teaches oral advocacy and trains future attorneys in courtroom structure, evidentiary analysis, and persuasive argument.
Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he was a Moot Court National Finalist and recognized as the Number Two Oral Advocate in national competition. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton, where he received the Harvy P. Grody award for excellence in legal studies.
