Angie Kwik
Angie Kwik has devoted her legal career to fighting for workers and consumers. For the last two decades, she has built an expertise in litigating employment and workers’ compensation cases. She also has experience handling personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, trucking cases, and general negligence. Angie is an aggressive and compassionate advocate for injured individuals, particularly victims of traumatic brain injury.
Angie has broad litigation experience. She has tried cases to verdict and handled appeals. In 2015, Angie was part of a trial team that secured one of the largest discrimination verdicts in San Bernardino County. In 2025, Angie secured a Workers’ Compensation Award, post trial, finding 100% permanent total disability for her client and securing a lifetime award of disability benefits and medical care. Angie has recovered over $100 million for her clients throughout her career.
Angie has been named to the SuperLawyers list for 8 consecutive years (2019-2026), a distinction awarded to only 5% of all attorneys in the state. Angie has served on the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) Trial College committee for the past decade and presents and trains at the annual trial college. She is a regular guest lecturer at UCI Law School for Employment Discrimination and has served as a Moot Court judge for the law school’s moot court program. Angie also serves as a volunteer attorney for the Workers’ Rights Clinic at Legal Aid Society – Orange County.
