Angie Kwik
Angie Kwik has devoted her legal career to representing workers and consumers in employment, workers’ compensation, and personal injury matters. Over the course of more than two decades in practice, she has developed experience litigating cases involving workplace rights, job-related injuries, and personal injury claims.
Angie’s practice has included handling employment and workers’ compensation matters, as well as personal injury cases involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, trucking incidents, and general negligence. Her work often involves representing individuals who have suffered serious or life-altering injuries, including traumatic brain injuries.
Angie has broad litigation experience and has participated in trials and appellate proceedings in California courts. During her career, she has been involved in matters that proceeded through jury verdicts and post-trial rulings. Outcomes in any legal matter depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition to her litigation work, Angie is actively involved in legal education and professional service. She has served for many years on the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) Trial College committee and regularly presents and trains attorneys at the annual trial college. Angie is also a guest lecturer at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she teaches on topics related to employment discrimination, and she has served as a moot court judge for the law school’s advocacy program.
Angie also volunteers her time as an attorney with the Workers’ Rights Clinic at Legal Aid Society of Orange County, assisting individuals who may otherwise lack access to legal resources..
