Andrew McCumber

Andrew McCumber is a trial attorney with more than a decade of experience representing individuals and families in complex civil litigation matters. His practice includes handling cases involving automobile collisions, defective products, negligent security, premises liability conditions, and medical malpractice.

Andrew has represented clients throughout all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial and appeal. His work has included participating in matters before appellate courts, including the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court. Outcomes in any legal matter depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.

Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law, where he participated in Moot Court and Trial Advocacy programs. Following graduation, he served as President of the Alumni Association and as a Board Member of the Charleston School of Law Foundation. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Wofford College, where he double majored in Economics and Government with a concentration in Political Thought.

Andrew is licensed to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina.
