Ruben Frausto

Ruben is licensed to practice in California and Arizona and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Throughout his career, he has made it a priority to assist Spanish-speaking clients and others who may have difficulty navigating the legal system due to language barriers. He understands that many times, clients feel overwhelmed when dealing with legal issues, and he believes it is the attorney’s responsibility to make sure every client feels informed and confident throughout the process. 

Ruben began his career working in criminal defense, where he handled matters that often-carried serious consequences for his clients. That experience required him to remain steady under pressure and work toward practical resolutions in difficult situations. It also gave him firsthand experience with how important it is to keep clients updated and answer their questions clearly. 

He now brings that same approach to personal injury, where he is committed to helping injured clients understand their rights and move forward after an accident. His background working closely with individuals in stressful situations continues to shape the way he handles both pre-litigation claims and litigation, with an emphasis on clear communication. 

Outside of work, Ruben enjoys spending time with his fiancée and newborn. Ruben also enjoys film photography and fitness.
