Spencer Wolfe
Spencer Wolfe is a dedicated and results-driven attorney at Sweet James, based in the Phoenix office. Spencer brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having joined after nearly five years of distinguished service as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army.
During his time in the Army, Spencer held various legal roles, demonstrating versatility and expertise. He provided critical legal assistance to service members and their families, advised senior commanders on complex military operations, and oversaw investigations related to property loss, injury, death in the line of duty, and misconduct. Spencer also prosecuted criminal cases as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Western District of Texas and defended clients in felony-level criminal cases. His exceptional service earned him two Army Commendation Medals. Spencer continues his commitment to public service as a member of the Army Reserve.
Spencer earned his law degree from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where he was the President of the Trial Advocacy Team and Lead Articles Editor for the Journal for Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law. He was also inducted into the prestigious Order of the Barristers, recognizing his exceptional skills in oral advocacy and brief writing.
