Andrew McCumber

Andrew McCumber is an accomplished trial attorney with more than a decade of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation. His experience includes representing individuals in a variety of cases including automobile collisions, defective products, negligent security, premises defects and medical malpractice. A skilled advocate both in and out of the courtroom, Andrew has secured millions in settlements and verdicts for individuals and families impacted by personal injury and wrongful death over the course of his career. 
 
Before joining the firm, Andrew built his reputation at a boutique litigation practice in Charleston, South Carolina, where he handled high-stakes cases from inception through appeal, including successful arguments before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Andrew has been featured twice on SC Lawyers Weekly annual Top 25 Settlements & Verdicts list for his work on both automotive and premises liability cases. 
 
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law where he served on the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Boards. After graduation he served as President of the Alumni Association, as well as a Board Member of the Charleston School of Law Foundation. Andrew received his B.A. from Wofford College where he double majored in Economics and Government with a concentration in Political Thought. He is licensed to practice in both Georgia and South Carolina. 
 
Outside the courtroom, Andrew enjoys attending live music, traveling with his wife and two boys, and cheering on his favorite college football team.
