Gregory Stuck, Esq. is a dedicated attorney at Sweet James, where he brings a wealth of experience and a relentless commitment to personal injury law. A graduate of the University of San Francisco, Gregory’s passion for becoming the best plaintiff’s attorney led him to introduce a personal injury course at the law school, and he revitalized the local trial lawyers association by developing trial skills panels to enhance trial education for students.

During law school, Gregory clerked for several plaintiff firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, gaining early exposure to catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. This experience shaped his desire to help those who are often taken advantage of by aggressive insurance companies and defense attorneys.

Upon becoming licensed, Gregory began practicing personal injury law at a large Los Angeles plaintiffs firm, where he handled hundreds of cases and restructured the firm’s pre-litigation department to improve efficiency. He later founded the Stuck Law Firm, personally handling hundreds of cases and achieving optimal results for his clients.

Gregory is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of The Top Trial Lawyers in America, where less than 1% of U.S. attorneys are members. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers every year since becoming an attorney. Gregory is also a member of CAALA, CAOC, SFTLA, CCTLA, and serves as an honorary board member of LATLC, where he volunteers his time to support the Los Angeles community.
