Attorney

Michael Foushee Jr.

Michael is a pre-litigation attorney who brings more than a decade of legal, regulatory, and risk management experience to the firm.

Michael built a career as a business and compliance attorney, advising companies on high stakes matters involving contracts, negotiations, corporate governance, and federal regulatory requirements. His background gives him a unique advantage in personal injury law: he understands how to analyze complex documentation, identify liability issues quickly, and negotiate from a position of strength.

Michael’s legal career spans business law, class action claims review, intellectual property protection, and corporate compliance. As the founder of Michael Twain Law, PLLC, he advised small and midsized businesses on entity formation, contract drafting, risk mitigation, and trademark strategy. His work required precision, strategic thinking, and the ability to break down complicated issues—skills he now applies to evaluating injury claims, building strong case files, and advocating for injured clients.

Earlier in his career, Michael held in-house counsel roles and senior compliance positions with major financial institutions, including Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, and PayPal. He led due diligence reviews, conducted KYC/AML investigations, and ensured adherence to federal regulatory standards. His extensive compliance background gives him a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to build airtight documentation – critical when preparing demand packages and negotiating with insurance carriers.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School and is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona. Michael has additional experience in operations, HR, and business management from his time as COO and in-house counsel for a multi city service company.

Michael is driven by a client first philosophy. He understands that injured clients are often overwhelmed, uncertain, and facing life-changing circumstances. His goal is to provide clear communication, thorough case preparation, and strong advocacy from the very first stages of a claim.
