RENO, NV (February 7, 2024) – Early Saturday morning, a pedestrian sustained injuries in a crash at the 4400 block of Baker Lane.

It occurred around 12:30 a.m., December 30th, when a vehicle struck a pedestrian behind the Reno Town Mall.

Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

According to the Reno Police Department, they arrived at the scene and found the pedestrian with life-threatening wounds.

Consequently, the responding paramedics transported the pedestrian to the hospital for treatment. At this time, the total number of injuries from the crash remains unclear.

Furthermore, authorities have yet to locate the driver who struck the pedestrian. An active investigation is underway.
