Male Victim Killed in Pedestrian Collision near Virginia Avenue

FARMERSVILLE, CA (December 20, 2023) – Saturday evening, one man was pronounced dead after a pedestrian accident on Visalia Road.

Authorities responded to the scene around 11:30 p.m., near Virginia Avenue on December 16th.

Reports indicate that the driver of a vehicle struck a male pedestrian in the area, causing life-threatening injuries. Despite life-saving efforts, medics later pronounced the man dead at the scene.

The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Once available, further details will be provided.
