One Pronounced Dead after Hit-and-Run Accident near Thomas Road

PHOENIX, AZ (May 1, 2023) – Early Sunday morning, one victim was pronounced dead after a hit-and-run pedestrian collision on Interstate 17.

Dispatchers responded to the scene just before 4:00 a.m., near Thomas Road.
