Pedestrian Critically Injured after Vehicle Collision near Logan Heights
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 28, 2023) – Thursday night, a hit-and-run crash on National Avenue left one person hospitalized.
The incident happened on April 14th, at around 9:30 p.m. in the Logan Heights area.
