FERNLEY, NV (February 6, 2023) – Sunday morning, a truck crash on Interstate 80 claimed the life of Leo Alexander Camarena Nunez.
The incident happened on January 29th, at around 6:12 a.m., five miles from the East Fernley exit.
According to reports, Nunez, in a white Ford F-150 pickup was traveling eastbound on Interstate 80. There, his vehicle left the road, veered into the dirt median, and rolled over. The impact of the collision ejected Nunez, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, from the truck.
Emergency crews to the site of the crash pronounced 22-year-old Leo Alexander Camarena Nunez dead at the scene.
