Victim Pronounced Dead after Car Accident near Avery Parkway

MISSION VIEJO, CA (November 9, 2022) – Early Saturday morning, one victim was killed in an auto collision on 5 Freeway.

Authorities responded to the scene around 3:40 a.m., near Avery Parkway on November 5th.

For reasons under investigation, the driver of a gray sedan crashed on the southbound lanes of the freeway.

Medical personnel arrived and pronounced one victim dead at the scene. Although, police have not yet released their name or place of residency.
