2 Men Badly Injured in Car Crash on Van Buren Street [Phoenix, AZ]

Two Male Occupants Hurt in Auto Crash on Van Buren near 48th Street

PHOENIX, AZ (October 6, 2022) – Friday morning, two men were seriously injured in a car crash on Van Buren Street.

Police responded to the scene just after 9:00 a.m., near 48th Street. Dispatchers responded to the scene near the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that two men were severely injured.

Emergency crews arrived shortly after and transported both men to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

Meanwhile, authorities shut down the surrounding area on Van Buren Street between 48th Street and 42nd Street due to the wreck. Motorists were advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
