Child Fatally Struck, Dies in Crash near Nectarine Avenue
GOLETA, CA (September 5, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, Munir Delgado was fatally struck by a vehicle on the 67 block of Nectarine Avenue.
The incident happened on August 31st, at around 3:00 p.m.
According to reports, a vehicle fatally struck Munir Delgado near Nectarine Avenue. Officers arrived at the scene and found Delgado on the road with life-threatening injuries.
According to Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s office, Delgado was transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital where the one-year-old was later pronounced dead.
Meanwhile, the family of Munir Delgado has set up a GoFundMe to help support the costs of his funeral.
