Traffic Accident near Lassen Street Left One Fatality
CHATSWORTH, CA (June 16, 2022) – A multi-vehicle crash on Winnetka Avenue killed one person and injured two others Wednesday evening.
The accident happened shortly before 8:40 p.m. on 9900 Winnetka Avenue, near the intersection with Lassen Street.
Furthermore, officers responding found one unidentified person deceased at the scene, and two others seriously injured.
Consequently, paramedics then took the two injured victims to a local hospital for further treatment.
Meanwhile, no other information about what led up to the collision is available at this time. Authorities also withheld the names of the victim as of this moment.
The CHP continues to investigate the crash at Winnetka Avenue and asks anyone with information to call them immediately.
