Vehicle Accident on Highway 32 Left One Fatality

BUTTE COUNTY, CA (June 6, 2022) – A vehicle crash on Meridian Road left one person killed Wednesday evening, police said.

The accident that happened on Highway 32 and Meridian Road intersection, per Butte Country Officials.

Furthermore, according to the report, the collision happened around 5:30 p.m. when a westbound vehicle crashed into an eastbound vehicle on Highway 32.

Eventually, the driver going westbound died at the scene, CHP officials confirmed.

However, their identity has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
