Nipomo Bicyclist Killed in Deadly Accident near El Campo Road

ARROYO GRANDE, CA (May 16, 2022) – Friday, Joshua Thomas Edward Mcfarland tragically died in bicycle collision at Los Berros Road.

The crash took place around 11:20 p.m. on May 13th, at Los Berros Road just south of El Campo Road.

As per reports, 41-year-old Dylan Lammers was driving a vehicle and reportedly did not notice the victim on the righthand side of the road. As a result, the driver struck the bicyclist, causing fatal injuries.

Officials later identified the victim as only described the deceased victim as a 19-year-old Joshua Thomas Edward Mcfarland from Nipomo.

Meanwhile, 41-year-old Lammers left the scene after the collision but later called the authorities to report it. Officials eventually arrested Lammers at his residence.
