Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision on Heacock Street

RIVERSIDE, CA (April 19, 2022) – Friday morning, one person was killed in a fatal pedestrian accident on Sandbow Street.

According to authorities, the incident happened around 9:45 a.m., at the intersection of Heacock and Sandbow Street.

Per reports, the driver of a black Hyundai Sonata struck the pedestrian who was attempting to cross the street. Investigators later determined that the area did not have a marked crosswalk.

Upon arrival, medical personnel pronounced the severely injured pedestrian dead at the scene.
