Vehicle Collision on Joshua Street Left Several Injured

HESPERIA, CA (March 18, 2022) – A traffic accident on 15 Freeway left several injured Friday morning, authorities said.

According to the report, the incident happened around 8:30 a.m. between Joshua Street and Main Street.

Furthermore, the investigators said that a silver Infinity and a blue 4-door Subaru had been racing prior to the crash with a speed between 110-120 mph.

Additionally, a witness stated to police that the Infiniti cut the trailer off the semi-truck, causing the collision.

Eventually, the Infinity ended up in a ditch and the semi-truck went through the perimeter fence and blocked both directions of Mariposa Road.

In the end, medical personnel transported the semi-truck driver to a hospital for minor injuries while the Infiniti driver remained uninjured.
