Woman Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Collision on 31st Avenue
PHOENIX, AZ (January 24, 2022) – Friday night, a hit-and-run on Northern Avenue claimed the life of Angela Milligin.
The crash happened around 9:30 p.m., at the intersection of Northern Avenue and 31st Avenue.
Police said Milligin was walking across the street when suddenly she was hit by a speeding driver. Upon impact, the driver did not stop and they fled from the scene.
Eventually, paramedics immediately responded to the area and pronounced Milligin dead at the scene.
As of this time, authorities are actively searching for the driver involved in the crash. An active investigation to determine further details is still currently underway.
