Stanley Fischer Killed in Hit-and-Run E-Bike Crash near 12th Street [Phoenix, AZ]

54-Year-Old Rider Pronounced Dead after Hit-and-Run Collision near Glendale Avenue

PHOENIX, AZ (January 19, 2022) – 54-year-old Stanley Fischer was killed Friday morning in a hit-and-run E-Bike crash near 12th Street.

Per reports, Fisher was riding an electric bicycle east near 12th Street and Glendale Avenue. While attempting to cross the street, he unexpectedly collapsed in the middle of the road.

As Fisher was trying to get back up and on the bicycle, a vehicle hit him. Upon impact, the driver immediately fled from the scene without rendering aid to the bicyclist.

Paramedics arrived and transported Fischer to a local hospital for further treatment. Due to the extent of his condition, he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
