BAKERSFIELD, CA (November 3, 2021) – One person sustained injuries following a vehicle crash on Highway 178 Thursday afternoon.
The crash took place just after 2:15 p.m. just east of the mouth of the canyon on Highway 178, as per report.
According to the CHP, a red truck veered off the road for reasons unknown. Inside, one individual received moderate to severe injuries.

The crash left the traffic congested as emergency crews worked to clear the wreckage.
