Apple Valley Motorcycle Accident Injures Rider
APPLE VALLEY, CA (August 19, 2021) – Thursday night, a motorcyclist was airlifted after a crash on Deep Creek Road in Apple Valley.
The incident happened around 8:43 p.m., at Rock Springs and Deep Creek Road, according to California Highway Patrol.
The events leading up to the accident remain unclear. However, officers located the unconscious rider down on the roadway upon arrival.
Eventually, Reach 43 arrived and transported the motorcyclist to Loma Linda University Medical Center with major injuries. Although, there has been no update on the rider’s current condition.
In addition, Apple Valley Police temporarily shut down the surrounding area, resulting in heavy traffic. But, the road has since been reopened to traffic.
At this time, officers are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the motorcycle crash.
