Woman Fatally Struck on Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Chatsworth Pedestrian Crash
CHATSWORTH, CA (November 20, 2019) – A woman was struck and killed on Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Chatsworth on Tuesday, November 19.
According to the Los Angeles police, the accident happened near Nordhoff Street shortly before 5:00 a.m.
The female pedestrian died at the scene, police said. Authorities have not yet released her identity.
The circumstances of the incident were not immediately confirmed. It’s unclear if the driver stayed at the crash site.
California Highway Patrol closed all southbound lanes of Topanga Canyon for several hours. The road fully reopened about 10:30 a.m.
