Passenger Pushed Off Motorcycle after Crash on Upper Quail Mine Road
TUOLUMNE COUNTY, CA (November 19, 2019) – A woman suffered injuries in a motorcycle accident on Upper Quail Mine Road, Tuesday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at about 2:35 PM. Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle and a motorcycle collided near Rattlesnake Gulch Road. Then, the motorcycle driver allegedly pushed a woman sitting on the back of his bike onto the ground.
Emergency responders airlifted the woman to a Modesto hospital with minor injuries. Updates on her current condition remain undisclosed. Meanwhile, it is unknown whether or not the motorcyclist and the other driver remained at the scene.
CHP officials continue to investigate the cause of the crash. They also noted that the victim was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
