Teen Impersonating Cop Pulls Over Cop

An 18-year-old teen was charged for impersonating a police officer in Prince William County in Virginia.

Joshua Robert Rosene, of Manassas, Virginia, attached blue LED lights to the front windshield of his blue Pontiac G6.

The teen was driving around following a vehicle that was being driven by an off-duty Prince William County police officer around 12:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning.

The off-duty officer called to report the suspicious vehicle.

Rosene began flashing the LED lights and tried to pull the police officer over. When the officer failed to stop, the teen drove away.

He was later apprehended by officers who received the description of his vehicle from the off-duty cop.

Police officials explained, Rosene was charged for impersonating a police officer. He was released on $2,500 bail and is pending a court date on November 19th.

It is unclear why the teen was posing as a police officer and how many others he tried pulling over.

Well that’s what the article said. Obviously he was posing as a police officer because it’s fun and exciting. Unfortunately it’s not harmless fun and also happens to be a crime.
