LAPD Officer in Motorcycle Crash on Saticoy Street at Van Nuys Boulevard
LOS ANGELES, CA (February 14, 2020) — A crash at Saticoy Street and Van Nuys Boulevard Wednesday morning involved an officer of the Los Angeles Police Department.
The officials said the motorcycle officer crashed on a surface street at about 11:30 a.m. The motorcycle ended up on its side in the middle of the intersection.
There was no information released about the condition of the LAPD officer. It was also not immediately clear whether there were other vehicles involved in the crash.
Meantime, one lane was closed during the investigation and emergency response.
