Pedestrian Killed in Crash on Florence Avenue near St. Andrews Place
LOS ANGELES, CA (February 7, 2020) – A pedestrian died in a crash on Florence Avenue, Friday morning.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened at about 6:00 AM. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle struck a pedestrian near St. Andrews Place.
Emergency responders pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene. Authorities withheld the identity of the victim, pending notification of next of kin. Meanwhile, the driver remained and cooperated with investigators.
LAPD continues to investigate the cause of the fatal crash. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
