Duston Wulff Arrested in Spokane DUI Crash that Injured One Person
SPOKANE, WA (April 03, 2020) — The authorities arrested 24-year-old Duston Wulff in a DUI crash at Freya Street and Euclid Avenue Tuesday night.
According to the Spokane police, two cars collided in the area, then one of them smashed into a home, setting it on fire. Fortunately, the firefighters were able snuff out the flames.
The driver and the passengers managed to get out of the vehicle before the fire enveloped the house. However, the driver suffered a possible broken leg. Paramedics took him to the hospital for treatment and further evaluation.
Meantime, Wulff, who was driving the second car, fled on foot after the collision. The police were able to track and arrest him later on just a few blocks away to his house.
Wulff will be facing felony hit and run and vehicular assault charges. The officers said he was heavily intoxicated at the time of the arrest. Wulff had a previous DUI conviction in 2019.
