49-Year-Old Man Hospitalized after Auto Accident near Flamingo Road
LAS VEGAS, NV (November 15, 2023) – Sunday morning, Sean Cornwall sustained injuries in a red-light crash on South Valley View Boulevard.
Authorities responded to the scene around 3:10 a.m., near Flamingo Road shortly after receiving multiple calls in the area.
Per reports, the driver of a 2004 Toyota Corolla was heading east on Flamingo through a green light. The driver of a northbound 2016 Toyota Tundra then entered the intersection on a red light and struck the right side of the Corolla.
As a result, both vehicles sustained major damage. The driver of the Corolla sustained life-threatening injuries and authorities transported him to UMC Trauma in critical condition.
Following preliminary duties, officers arrested 49-year-old Cornwall for DUI related charges.
