Head-On Collision near East Acampo Road Left One Dead
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CA (August 29, 2023) – Early Friday morning, a two-vehicle crash on Lower Sacramento Road claimed the life of one person.
The deadly incident occurred around 3:33 a.m. in the area of Lowe Sacramento and East Acampo Roads between Galt and Lodi.
According to CHP, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons, leaving a black SUV fully engulfed in flames. An investigation is underway, but authorities believe the incident was a head-on collision.
First responders at the site of the crash declared one person dead at the scene.
