29-Year-Old Man Injured in Pedestrian Accident near Everts Street
SAN DIEGO, CA (July 7, 2023) – Early Saturday morning, one man sustained injuries in a pedestrian collision on Grand Avenue.
The incident occurred around 1:46 a.m., at the intersection of 1200 Grand Avenue and Everts Street.
According to the investigators, a pedestrian walking southbound ran into a path of a Honda Accord traveling east on the Grand Avenue No. 1 lane.
Eventually, medical responders arrived and transported the 29-year-old male pedestrian to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the 25-year-old male driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
