Stacey Woienski Pronounced Dead Following Head-On Crash on Arnold Drive [Sonoma Valley, CA]

Two-Vehicle Collision Near Leveroni Road Kills 44-Year-Old El Verano Woman

SONOMA VALLEY, CA (May 19, 2023) – Tuesday evening, a head-on collision on Arnold Drive claimed the life of Stacey Woienski. 

The fatal crash happened around 7:25 p.m., north of Leveroni Road in Sonoma Valley. 

According to the CHP, a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pickup crossed into the oncoming lanes while traveling southbound. 

Consequently, the Chevrolet collided head-on with a Ford Ranger pickup going north. 

Responding emergency personnel said the Chevy pickup driver sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. Authorities later identified the deceased driver as 44-year-old Stacey Woienski of El Verano. 

Meanwhile, the 32-year-old Ford driver from Sonoma was airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment of significant injuries. 

In the end, Sonoma Officials closed the area of Arnold Drive for at least three hours to conduct an investigation.
