Semi-Truck Accident in Guadalupe Left One USPS Driver Injured
GUADALUPE, CA (December 12, 2022) – Monday afternoon, a semi-truck crash on West Main Street left one person with injuries.
According to the police, the incident happened on December 5th, just before 4 p.m. at the 3500 block of West Main Street.
Investigators said a semi-truck collided with a United States Postal Service truck attempting to make a U-turn, back towards Santa Maria.
Eventually, Fire Crews arrived at the scene and aided the USPS driver suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. It was unclear whether anyone else was transported to a hospital.
Meanwhile, the semi-truck driver remained uninjured and stayed at the scene.
At about 5 p.m., workers from the postal service arrived and retrieved the mail from the involved truck.
