SACRAMENTO, CA (July 27, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, a vehicle crash near Phillipi Way left a 2-year-old girl injured.

The incident happened on July 19th, at around 4:00 p.m., near the cross streets of Phillipi Way and Rio Linda Boulevard.
