Jesus Davila Escandon Killed in Car Accident Overhill Drive [Windsor Hills, CA]
Car Accident on East La Brea Avenue Left One Fatality
WINDSOR HILLS, CA (July 21, 2022) – Monday evening, a vehicle crash on Overhill Drive claimed the life of 37-year-old Jesus Davila Escandon.
The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m., at the intersection of Northridge and Overhill Drive, just east of La Brea Avenue.
Due to the crash, Los Angeles Officials shut down Overhill Drive for three hours between Stocker Street and Northridge Drive to conduct an investigation, and perform cleanup duties.
The Los Angeles County coroner’s office later identified the deceased victim as 37-year-old Escandon.
At this time the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash remain unclear. It is unknown if anyone else was injured in the crash or how many other vehicles were involved.
Los Angeles Officials are currently looking into the causes of the crash. They urge anyone with further information to contact local authorities as soon as possible.
