Bicyclist Dies in Traffic Accident on Pacific Electric Trail
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (July 5, 2022) – A DUI crash on Archibald Avenue claimed the life of Debbie Morgan-Alam, Saturday night.
The crash happened on June 25th at around 6:50 p.m. at Pacific Electric Trail on Archibald Avenue, per initial reports.
Authorities responded to the crash and found Morgan-Alam dead at the scene, the suspect also stayed.
The suspect was identified as Jessica Carrillo, a 19-year-old resident of San Bernardino.
Furthermore, according to investigations, Carrillo ran through a red light while Morgan-Alam was crossing the trail.
Both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
Furthermore, Carrillo remained at the scene and was charged with a DUI causing death and gross vehicular manslaughter. An active investigation is currently underway at this moment.
