Traffic Accident on Highway 58 Left Several Hurt
BAKERSFIELD, CA (June 20, 2022) – A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 58 left at least five people with injuries, Thursday afternoon.
On June 16th, a 9-vehicle collision on Highway 59 occurred at around 4:00 p.m., according to Bakersfield Officials.
Furthermore, police said 3 semi-trucks and 6 other vehicles were involved in the collision. Moreover, a semi-truck flipped and caught fire for reasons currently unknown.
Eventually, 5 people were reported to have suffered injuries and was taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
Police have yet to identify the cause of the crash, although alcohol and/or drugs do not seem to be a factor.
